Breckenridge Bacheloterre

I went to Breckinridge last Saturday evening for my bachelorette outing. If you aren’t aware, Breckenridge is one of my favorite places to be! Derrick and I love to come up and hike around or just soak up all this beautiful town has to offer. It’s also where we got engaged!

The Condo

As I mentioned, I’ve been to Breckenridge multiple times. I’ve never really stayed at the same place twice either! Out of all the times I have been up there, I think the condo we rented at One Ski Hill Place was my favorite!

It felt so luxurious and at the same time really homey. The condo we rented was a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom and slept up to 6 people. It had a gorgeous kitchen, large bathrooms, a cozy living room, but most of all a fantastic view (the first picture in this post)!

They also had more swimming pools and hot tubs than you would ever need! We used the outdoor hot tub for a little while before coming back in to get ready for our evening.

Dinner

One of my favorite places to go for a more celebratory dinner is the Briar Rose Chophouse and Saloon. If you are going to eat there for an actual sit-down dinner, I highly recommend getting a reservation. However, my favorite part of going there is their Happy Hour!

They have the best Happy Hour deals, like 2 for 1 cocktails and 1/2 off and a fantastic selection of small plates. We ended up taking leftovers, but of course not before they gave us a complementary creme brûlée to celebrate!

Drinks

Although we didn’t plan on staying out long, we wanted to al least grab a drink or two to celebrate! We weren’t really sure where to go since there were a few choices.

We debated on going to Apres, but after talking to some of the locals we decided on Rocky Mountain Underground (RMU) and had a blast! It is both a shop and a tavern, so it was really unique. They also had a very creative list of drinks! One had pop rocks on the rim, and it was so fun (the pink one pictured above).

Saying Goodbye

We had such a great time on this quick trip to Breckenridge! I told Derrick as soon as I got up there that we would have to try to stay at the same condo complex. It was breathtaking. The drive home was bittersweet, but we made memories we will never forget!
